Katie Kelly began paying close attention to music when her father forbid her and her brothers from watching MTV. That same summer, the family ventured across the country for several weeks in a pink van – picking up random cassette tapes as they moved from state to state. Now almost 20 years later, music remains one of the most important things in her life. Born, raised, and somehow now anchored in Wilkes-Barre, Katie has had the opportunity of seeing many live shows from the wealth of talented bands in the Pennsylvania Music Scene.
